The Master Cleanse

Well I went to the whole foods store in my area and bought everything needed for my cleanse.

I read that people should do it a few times a year. I am planning on doing mine for a week. I got My Organic Lemons, Grade B Maple syrup, and Cayenne Pepper and hoping, I will be strong enough to last the week, I was reading in the book that its safe to do for 40 days at a time, but im not gona attempt that, but im hoping to clean myself out and get rid of any parasites or anything that shouldn’t be there lol, If anyone else has ever done his. let me know how it went for you..Thanks

weightloss Flashback

I was doing my workout on my Treadmill, & began to sweat & began to feel what I use to call sweat Beads boiling from the top of my head lol, And anyone whos there already or been there you will know what I mean by this, But you know when the sweat starts boiling from the top of your head you get an almost high from it because it feel so good, and when your done your body feels soo relaxed its unreal….It felt good to get myself to this point today because being in school the last few years and putting my health on the back burner to school and family took its tole and I haven’t had the strength to exercise, but you know what, Im gona beat this fibromyalgia crap & eat & excercise and get my Life back!!! I have gota be a good size when I graduate I dont wana take fat Graduation pics, and haveing this blog to come to & write is doing something for me, and all the people on here inspire me sooo much, I just love them!!….anyways let me continue and make this day the best… still gota go shop with mom & get movies for the kids for tonight!!

Glad ive got a long weekend!

Just ate my chicken & Vegetable stir fry, Gona go walk the treadmill for 30 minutes & drink my water, & get ready to go shopping with my mom later this evening, Felt good to sleep without interuptions this morning, I do feel better today Thank God!! I will do another 30 minutes on treadmill after Ieat diner later tonight, Thinking ill have more grilled chicken stirfry ….

Wish I felt better

Waking up another day, Hands swole, head foggy feeling like I could goto sleep & sleep forever, Body aches, I feel like Ive been hit by a Mack Truck, and This is everyday…I use to think it was all because of my weight or not having my coffee etc. since I quit drinking it, but the doctor calls this horrible  thing Fibromyalgia!! I call it a Life Sucker, because it feels like the lifes being sucked right outa me most days, I wat soo bad to feel normal again, My plan for today Gota get my kids from school soon because when I took them this morning I came back home & went to sleep because I could’nt fall asleep till 4am, I plan on coming back home and getting on treadmill for an hour an pray my feet dont start cramping like yesterday……. 

The Economy & The way my Family Eats

Im not gona make excuses, I know why I am where I am, maybe others have felt the same way who knows? Well Its like this….Being a family of 5 and Household income Under 35,000 a year right now,  Its always so much easyier to make the decision of what to eat for the day when you’ve got 15 bucks for the family to eat on for the whole day, My husband will send me to Mc’donalds for the 99 cent Burgers or chicken sandwhiches, Because lets be honest if you had to go by a family pack of ground beef, bread,and all your stuff to make the sandwhiches you’d be outa more money….and when im starving and in bettween classes at school, The apple just doesn’t seem to be as satisfying to keep me full for the next 3 hours like that snickers would lol…and the apple is more expensive!!, The bologna and hot dogs, Ramen noodles, cheap and always get bought and the stuff thats good for us stays on the shelf….Ive often thought to be thin you either need to starve or be rich and wealthy enough for the better foods….anyone else ever feel this way?? anyways im still getting on my teadmill and working out anyways and doing what I can to find that rainbow…….

My Treadmills got my Butt sore lol

I got me a new Treadmill This past week..and I think I did too much the 1st few days cuz Im soo sore across my lower back by my tail bone!!  I started out doing 30 minutes early in the day 30 minutes later in the day & 45 minutes b4 bed…so im gona slow down just a little b4 I hurt myself, I remember once I pulled somthing in my foot & couldn’t walk 4 a while & I for sure dont need that to happen again….

“Yeah, I’ve Decided!”

I have done a lot of reading and research & have talked to a successful person thats doing this and have decided to, go with The Atkins approach. There are soo many good foods, and it coves the Hunger part that has always seemed to cause me to fail on other diets, I am excited I turned 36 today and a new Years just days away, so I am looking forward to success and updating my success here as it unfolds!! It feels good when you make a final decision and you really feel its a good one. I was mainly concerned about being able to drink different beverages and they actually have a lota different ones I can choose from on the website if I get bored. Anyways wish me luck and I will update my success as it happens.  :)

*Trying to Decide*

I am trying to decide if I am going to continue eating low fat, where I seem to feel hungry all the time, and we all know thats not good! Or if im gona try and go with low carb, The recipes sound so filling but I only have one problem and thats I hate all the artificial sweetners like splenda etc. and the diet colas and im so use to sweet tea Or a coke here and there…So I know this would like totally mess that diet up and id probably gain more weight….So ima look some stuff up online and see what I can come up with, because somthings gota be better than feeling hungry all the time….any suggestions anyone please respond…

**Overwhelmed**

I feel very Blessed to have found this wonderful website, because with a New Year Fastly approaching me, I want to get myself ready for a New Year right now! Over the past 2 1/2 Years I went back to college to persue my degree and have somehow, put myself on the back burner when it comes to eating healthy and sticking to a strick diet. I know that blogging and keeping record is the 1st way to become successful in this journey. I am committed to coming here daily and blogging my steps for success.
